We flew with Thomas Cook to Zakynthos for 11 days for our honeymoon. Our flight was delayed so we had to wait about 4 hours on Gatwick Airport and then 1 hour on the plan because it took them a lot of time to load the luggage. When we arrived to Zakynthos airport, everything went very quickly, we received our luggage in about 5 minutes and one of Thomas Cook staff was waiting for us on the airport and took us to the bus. We got to our hotel in Argassi quite quickly. But we were tired after a long night and lost all day because of the delay. On the way back we were picked up by another Thomas Cook representatives on time and then we went to the airport. Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 3 hours again.
