The Agents
-Aspire's estate agents are rude.
-Their agents do not respond to emails, phone calls etc.
-They encourage landlords to retain a large proportion of the damage deposit even where the only change in the property is standard wear and tear.

General
-Information provided is inconsistent and frequently inaccurate.
-They charge large amounts of money to fill in a pro forma contract and cannot even copy name and phone numbers correctly.

Conclusion
I would not recommend Aspire to anyone under any circumstances. Unfortunately, this review requires that they receive a minimum of one star. This is an exaggeration of the services that they provide.
