Purchased a Kenwood Concert Smoothie Maker SB256 from Debenhams Ist machine the buttons failed to operate; The replacement - the plastic base was cracked top to bottom; Second replacement - the buttons failed. Unlucky or a rubbish product. the last time I buy anything Kenwood
