With a large collection of CDs, LPs, books and office files and a lack of storage in our new house, we looked carefully at standalone, bespoke and system furniture. After an initial enquiry, Neville Johnson's designer came and spent a morning looking at our requirements which were for shelving for a library, home office shelving and a hall cupboard. A week or so later, he returned with visuals of the design which gave us a great idea of how it was going to look. We compared the costs against other alternatives and decided to go ahead. Their surveyor then carefully measured everything so that they were just right for the intended contents. We were kept informed of progress by a designated contact and about 2 months after the initial visit the fitters installed the furniture. We are delighted with the furniture and the service couldn't have been better - we were kept informed every step of the way, sent drawings and costings, the fitting date was arranged around our commitments and after paying a 10% deposit, have nothing to pay for a year at 0% interest! Highly recommended - now for the bedrooms....
