Please please don't buy anything from Appliances Online.

I ordered a washing machine that got damaged on one of their lorries in transit and never actually made it my house. I had to ring them to find out where it had got to - they didn't contact me.

I was then told it was the last one in stock. I was offered a slightly more expensive machine in the same range but they agreed that I wouldn't have to pay any extra for it.

As the situation currently stands - I have been charged the full amount for the more expensive washing machine, no refunds have been made for the 1st order or the extra we should have been refunded and I am waiting for a call back after calling them 10 times in the last week.

They cause so much stress - total nightmare! Please don't put yourself though it!
