Like previous reviews, took out a thomas cook credit card to avoid charges when paying for holiday. Later tried to purchase currency for holiday using Thomas Cook visa card, they would not accept this without proof of ID i.e passport etc. Had to pay by cash, needles to say was not given the best rate. This is despite the fact I am known in the branch, and had booked the holiday throgh them. I will not be using this card abroad for fear of rejection.
