I decided to purchase IC Breakdown as it seemed great value for money and suitable for us with one car and needed 'home start'.

Well today was the first time I needed to use them as the car battery was completely flat. I called them and advised of the problem and after checking some details they advised someone would be there as soon as possible. After 20 minutes I got a text giving an ETA and 10 minutes later that the local breakdown repair man arrived; he checked the alternator and the battery and discovered it was the battery. He then gave a quote to replace and fit a new one or offered to run it for me to make my own arrangements - considering it didn't hold any charge I didn't think it was worth it - especially for £48 fitted there and then. So within an hour, I was sorted.

Very pleased with the service of both IC and the Potters Green Service. Definately recommend.
