I have been a regular visitor to the La Brasseria "Braz" for more years than I care to remember,watching staff come and go. All have been wonderful. This restaurant holds many wonderful memories for me. Fabulous girls only lunches, romantic meals for two and lovely family occasions(so many wonderful memories of myself and my late mum enjoying a long lunch in the Braz.I have only ever recieved the very best food, wine and service. What makes La Brasseria so special is the atmosphere there. Once seated you instantly relax and feel at home the staff are always so welcoming and friendly.It is this that keeps me coming back and always will. La Brasseria is a credit to Swansea.
