Have been trying for two days now to try and buy a car !!!! Phoned Motorpoint with detail of car advertised on line .Gave details of my px and was promised call back within 20 mins .No call eventually phoned back myself and spoke to different guy.Salesman has entered my name wrong /email wrong /phone no wrong on the system (me thinks poor listening skills)took new details but told me car I was after had now been sold!!!promised call back ....still waiting after 5 hours .In this day and age I think I will try the competition ...Very poor customer service indeed .

    I found this review not helpful because... I have rung Motorpoint many a time to compare vehicles/prices and have found them to be proffesional, knowledgable & prompt in returning calls when i have part exchanged my car or asked a specific question about a car! They even ring a day later to see how your getting on in your search, i like a keen chase by a salesman to get my business. I suggest readers try ringing garages in general then gauage the level of customer service those guy's give. Thumbs up Motorpoint, keep saving me money - i'm on the 3rd car over the phone!
