In all truth, I cannot give ANY rating to Breathe.com for any of the above sections, but it will not be accepted unless I give it at least 1 Star. Like many others who have written reviews, I came to Breathe as an unwilling and un-asked customer from another ISP which up to the time Breathe took over, was really very good, and I never had cause for complaint. Now, I cannot get ANY e-mail and if there is anybody out there who can tell me how to persuade the Breathe servers to release my email, I would be very grateful. It is all the more frustrating because my business relies heavily on email, and it is indeed fortunate that my outgoing email is via another route which still works very well. There has been no communication to my email address from Breathe to let me know what is going on, or perhaps an apology might be in order, but no, there has been nothing at all from them. They have a lot to learn about customer service and satisfaction. I too will not renew with them, and I consider that the present fee has been extracted from me on false pretence.
