Having searched around for a few months waiting for my current O2 contract to expire I was unsure which of these online phone providers to go for as some have good and bad reviews. Buymobilephones seem to be the only one with more good than bad.
I signed up online with them on 01/08/09 and was told on the monday 03/08/09 the phone was out of stock which wasnt a good start as they claimed on the website it was in stock, however I got another email on the wednesday 05/08/09 to say my phone had been posted. I received it the next day.

As stated I had to send in some id and the claim sheet that came with my phone. The claim was confirmed on 11/08/09 and the laptop has been sent out today 12/08/09 so am expecting it tomorrow.

Overall I would highly recommend this website as they have done what they promised, just be prepared to be told the item is out of stock as stated in their T+C it can take a little longer to reach you but since mine arrive within a week its good. Basically I have my new phone and soon my free gift all within 2 weeks.

I also have rang their customer service and found them helpful plus i got through within 5 minutes. I was put off mobiles.co.uk and dialaphone because they seem to use an automated message service where as with buymobiles i got through to a real person.

I dont think i would use these web sites for the cash saving offers as alot of people find it a fair bit of hassle to claim every 3 months plus you may find they will do anything to get out of paying you but if you follow t+c to the letter it would be ok. Personally I think its better to get a free gift as its simple.
