I have tried quite a few courier services over the years and I have now been with Business Post for a couple of years. They are certainly no worse than others I have tried. Delivery wise, I would say they were better, but customer services is not so good. Nine times out of ten the parcel seems to get there, but on the occasions when it don't, then there are major problems trying to sort it out. I like the different sized bags as this offers a cost effective way of sending small items.
Occasionally they mis-route a parcel, often ending up in Scotland when it is not going anywhere near Scotland. It all depends on the driver at the end of the day. We have always had good drivers collecting our parcels, although at the moment we don't have anyone in particular and we don't like that. The trouble seems to be when they use agency drivers and they don't know the route or the companies policies.
I have had a few customers complain about the service we use, but at the end of the day I think they are the best of a bad bunch.
