David Lloyd just want your money they dont care about you as a person and they are not interested in your circumstances. I was made redundant in April and have no way of paying the £83 every month. They said that all they can do is freeze my membership until my situation gets better. I am happy to freeze it for 6 months until I can find work again however today I get a letter from them in the post saying whilst it is frozen I wont be able to use the gym (fair enough)and I need to pay 25% of the fee!!!! every month!!! WHAT PART OF I AM REDUNDANT I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND! pathetic customer service I will certainly not be returning after I have paid for my 12 months contract
