Waited in all day for a delivery it did not turn up I rang their depot, there had been a problem at the depot and no one thought to ring me and let me know they will not be delivering! I am waiting in all day today for the delivery as they have promised it will be here today...Am still waiting at it is now 12:44pm GMT
TNT have 2 numbers for us so there is no excuse as to why they couldn't call.
