Went into one shop for this phone, which was on display, and was told that it was no longer made.Tried internet site and it showed they were in stock. Ordered on line to collect at at my local store. Received email quoting delivery date and went to nominated store to collect phone. Was told their computer stated it had not been dispatched to them. Showed them a transit confirmation I had printed out and was told "that doesn't mean a thing". He went out the back and came back with my phone which had been delivered the previous day. Just handed it over, no apology, I did get "Have a nice day". Customer service for Carphone Wharehouse seems to be non existent.
