I have been a customer of Lloyds TSB for fifty years & I now intend to move my account to another bank as their service has progressively deteriorated. The final straw is their constant failure to transfer funds via the 'fast flow' system.I was recently informed by one of their call centre staff that the maximum amount that could be transferred by 'fast flow' was £500. I wonder if this bank is deliberately refusing to implement the 'fast flow' system in order to hold money for three days without paying interest or alternatively force customers to pay £30 for a CHAPS transfer.
