I ordered and payed for a ford focus stationwagon 6 month before we arrived.

Arriving at Alghero airport they us they did not have the car.

What can one do at that time?

We could get a much smaller:(

After 19 days they have not refunded any money.

Do not use this Argus Car Hire.

However for various reasons, it is not always possible for our suppliers to provide an exact match for every make and model shown on our site. For this reason on step 2, we clearly state the make and model of the image shown and 'or similar'.

    2 september - nothing has happened yet - no money back.

    They just cheat you:(

    I should have Ford focus stationwagon or similar but I got a

    Group C - EDMR (F.GRANDE PUNTO 1.2 or similar )

    Much smaller car but payed for the bigger one.
