our 4th year at Primrose Valley. We pay for platinum,we got a filthy caravan,moved to a different smaller one.i was told i was a v.i.p. I would hate to see how they treat people they dont class as v.i.p thanks very much,your customer satisfaction skills are in diar need of improvement. I usually lo my holiday here
