do not book with these clowns. weve not even been away yey, booked our honeymoon 3weeks away was told they would send cards to send to our wedding guests so they can pay bits off over the phone, never turned up, phoned branch to be told we dont do them anymore,fine, made our own cards up(at our expense) with the relevant details,phoned branch and confirmed all the details and correct phone number for payments etc.all invitations sent out,then had a call from a close friend saying they tried to pay some money off but was rudely told they couldnt (and the girl at the end of the phone didnt have a clue what day of the week it was let alone company policy)contacted branch to ask what the problem was to be told they stopped doing that service over a month ago(when we initially contacted them only 3 weeks prior)have had to contact every guest and tell them of the situation(at our expense)to find 3 other guests have somehow managed to make a payment but the branch even after being asked to note who made a payment(when we first booked)failed to do that. we know of one couple who made a payment because they told us because they thought it was fishy when they asked for a receipt they were told they couldnt have one.customer services been informed and complaints made and logged but they never get back to you when they say they do you never speak to the same person you get passed round the office and they insist that the branch has done nothing wrong and everything is acceptable. we asked for some compansation towards the embarresment,stress and renumeration of our expenses.this is our honeymoon my poor other half is at wits end with these idiots.we are now going to involve the directors of the company,local press if it comes to it trading standards to highlight there complete imcompantancy and ignorance towards their customers. i would never use first choice again period and would never recommend them to anyone. i just hope the saving grace is that the holiday is okay.
