I'm frequently travelling between Germany and Norway, SAS being often the only choice. Punctuality is not in the vocabulary of SAS, flights are often cancelled for the obvious reason of not being fully booked. Rebooking in such cases is a nightmare at the desk at Gardermoen, takes at least 90min if you don't have Star Alliance Gold status (which fortunatly by now I have...). Flights with Sas through Copenhagen should be also avoided at all cost, baggage usually gets lost and in winter time getting stuck there for a night is the normal case. Staff is generally unfriendly and unhelpful - or maybe that's their interpretation of friendliness, who knows? Nicest flight experience: got upgraded from Premium Economy (where you still get something to eat) to Business Class. When food was served in Business, flight attendant served food to my neighbor (wearing suit, clever boy) and nothing to me (wearing jeans, stupid me), saying I had agreed on no food when getting the upgrade - which I hadn't. Chief purser clarified finally that it was my neighbor who had signed for this, who had hastily started to eat my dinner. No excuse from the flight attendant and nothing left to eat for me except some crackers. But my neigbor was being courtious and offered me some of my cheese....
Final conclusion: horrible service, never count on being punctual, food, if you awarded the honour to get some, is ok
