The shoes I purchased from Office were called USTICA brown leather shoes with a leather sole, May I say how dissapointed I am with my purchase and poor customer service and returns policy this store offers. Very poor quality shoes and poor customer service. These guys need to sort it out or they will not be trading for long especially in this current climate. Look after your customers and they will come back, Simple. My advice stick to what you know stores like Next,Topman,River Island,Marks and Spencer, if you do have a problem there is no messing around you return your goods with proof of purchase and you are refunded. This store seems to avoid providing good customer service in their stores and its all dealt with at their head office, Yeah thanks that really helps!
