I ordered a number of goods and only the small value items arrived. The large value items were not included and my order was marked as complete. Chain Reaction Cycles did not reply to e-mails and their phone line was always engaged.

I raised a dispute through Paypal and only then did I get a response. Instead of an apology and fast resolution they asked that I post them back the packing note. Eventually I obtained a fax number and contact name and sent it back to them.

They did send me the goods eventually however there was no-one in so they were left at a very small branch of the Post Office only open 9-12 when I was at work which meant that I had to take the morning off to collect it (despite a very large depot open from 7-7 was only 300 yards further down the road and nearer my house).

I now have the goods exactly a month to the day after placing the order and following a huge amount of effort on my part. I firmly believe that if I had not paid with Paypal I would still be waiting for an answer.
