After my goods not appearing and Gym World not bothering to inform me I then get told I would get a FREE upgrade. Little did I realise that I would be sent a completely different product. I was actually sent a adults fitness trampoline and not at all suitable for my grandchild. To make matters worse my telephone calls are now being ignored. Just the sort of company that makes you think twice about buying off of the internet.
