I've been with Nationwide since 2006 and have always found the service good. Granted that some of the rates and charges are not as competitive as in the past, but they still remain keen compared to the competition. I do most of my banking on the internet now, and the Nationwide service is very good, offering a fair degree of functionality. I also think that the ability to use debit and credit cards abroad at minimal cost remains the best feature of the service, never feeling ripped off on checking my statement after a holiday.
