I purchased a pack of these shirts for my son from M&S. The STAINAWAY only lasts a short time. I went back to the shop to complain and they sent them back for testing. However no tests were done. I got a standard letter stating it is not the garment or fabric so no replacement or refund. They did not test them and kept me waiting a month for the reply. So do I rate the service and quality NO.
