Can someone please help, me and 3 friends purchased V festival tickets from ace tickets.co.uk back in March. The tickets havnt arrived yet which we are not to worried about as the tickets can arrive up to a week before and the event is in just under 2 weeks but we have had rumours such as that have been shut down by the police for fraudulance, there is no answer on the phone number provided, no reply to emails i have sent, absolutely no communication! We really need some information as to whether these guys are ligit so we know whether to buy more tickets and try and get our money back through the police? any advice or other stories would be appreciatted!!

Hi there
You should be worried, please see my previous reviews as to what happened with take that tickets. We like you tried to contact them prior to the event with no success, my friend received a phone call the day before the concert to ask if we still wanted the tickets. Of course we said yes and they arrive by special delivery on the morning of the concert!1 Howeever we paid for seating and got standing, tried to contact them to complain, no joy.
You need to put a claim in through your credit card company if they dont arrive for non receipt of goods. Is there website still down? The agency that they are supposed to be affliated with ASTA is a load of rubbish too, they dont return calls or answer emails.
I hope your tickets arrive but it may be last minute like us, -never use again.
