Purchased pushchair fine, and all was happy. However after about 10 months the footrest strap broke. Kiddicare customer service when dealing with problems is unbelievably appalling. Apart from their non-interestred customer care team, they tried to pass the buck back to the manufacturer (despite the pushchair being in warranty still) as allegedly Kiddicare do not support guarantees after 6 months, despite the Sale of Goods Act requirements. A solicitor sorted the problem for me, but not without loss of pushchair for 2 months whilst I fought my case.
