I have had a very bad experience with Titan Internet and Entanet. I am just about to give up and change to a another isp. So far since joining around 4 months ago or more, I have been experiencing a download speed of around 0.25mbps, yes thats a quarter of a meg, I am supposed to be on ADSL2, a 24mbps package. calls to titan on this have directed me to entanet support line, and their support calls of which there have been many has always, quickly resulted in me being told they will have to put a support call in to BT to reset my account, which results in a brief small improvement I.E. dowload speed goes up to 3 to 4 mbps for all of a few hours then works its way back down to the 0.25mbps. I have tried a different router and back to original again, different MTU sizes advised by entanet. I have emailed titan and entanet 1.5 months ago with no response, and followed this up over a week ago still no response, both emails were asking for this to be escalated.
