SodaStream customer Service is the absolute worst. I would never buy another item from this company until they fix their problems. I ordered replacement canisters over 45 days ago and still have not received them. Calls to customer service result in no progress in solving my problems. They have no tracking numbers and cannot answer any questions. Tracking is only done by the central office which goes directly to voicemail and then never returns calls. I would think long and hard before ordering from this company.
