british gas are a nighmare. we recieved our bill in april saying we owe 964 46 pence, estimated. to find out they twisted the meter readings night for day and day for night, then after phone calls they told us it would be double that bill. then another advisor said we were in credit by843.78p, that was last week. but no the latest update we owe them 1934.92 pence we are and have been on direct debit since the last mess up in 2002 with the same mistake. they have now care of duty what so ever
