I can not believe how incompetant Home Base are we order furniture over the phone in jan we then cancelled the order a week and a half later and asked for a refund which we are still waiting for I have spent over £80 in phone calls trying to get this sorted every month I recieve a statement for my home base card which we paid on saying I owe £240 & they will take legal action soon as I have not paid anything. Every month when I receive a statement I ring them up & I'm told it has been refunded only to find out next month when I receive a statement that it has not. I am at my wits end. I wish I'd known how awful and thick the people who work this company are before I had brought anything, how difficult is it to press the refund button !
