My car was repaired at the Nationwide Crash Repair Centre in Sale, Manchester. The service was appalling. I was advised that the repairs would take 7-10 days - it took 7 weeks!! The staff were evasive and unhelpful when I contacted them and continually fobbed me off with dates for the completion of the repairs which were not met.
I have never encountered such a pathetic level of customer service and inefficiency and this is an outfit that is clearly badly managed, complacent, arrogant and not fit for purpose.
If you have any say in the choice of who repairs your vehicle do not choose Nationwide Crash Repair Centres - they are an utter disgrace.
