Paid over $1,700 for a Stearns and Foster Pillow Top Mattress and after less than 1 year I feel like I'm rolling to the center. The place I purchased the mattress from (Rockford, IL) stands behind the "warranty", but only if there is a VISIBLE 1-1/2" dip in the mattress. Unfortunately the pillow top on the mattress does not allow for the impression to be seen and the only "tool" that is used besides the eyes of the "expert" mattress technician inspector is a string. I could have saved $40 and had a kindergartner from down the street do the same inspection.

I did not mean to give this 1 star. I give this NO stars
