Ioffer, looks good on the surface. But its not what you see is what you get. You end up with a cheap and nasty alternative or the seller does not send anything and leaves ioffer with many sucked in customers money and Ioffer have no consumer protection what so ever just a link to Paypal.
All in all it is a two bit thieve haven. I would never use Ioffer again or let anyone else that i know or that i come to know to use this dodgey site again.

I found this review not helpful because...Im really think that you are not giving iOffer it's fare share.First of all i am sure that there is dis-honest sellers on iOffer as well as on Ebay.As far as seller protection is concearned,iOffer has a rating system just like on Ebay.And if you were to get a bad product I would assume you would try to commuincate to the seller before contacting your financial institution.Not only that but PayPal policies if you read them carefully you will see that PayPal only protects buyers to a certain extent,again please read PayPal's policies carefully and you will understand thet PayPal is a very commercialized propaganda.And believe it or not your credit card or debit card company has 10X more protection than PayPal has to offer.Give iOffer a chance,huh?
