Create and Craft's customer services are absolutely appalling. I joined the club in May when they were offering £10 membership for the year and £10 to spend on anything you wanted, good bargain I thought! yeah right.First of all was told by someone (who I could barely understand) that I could not spend my £10 on anything but the Bi-monthly disks!!! I did not want these but appeared to have no choice. After a week or so I phoned them back (hold on line for at least 15mins national rate, first thing in the morning).Told the person I eventually got through to that I wanted to choose my own product and did not want the disks. Apparently they cannot cancel them! why as I had not received anything, they would check and get back to me. Well cutting a long story short, I have given up phoning and emailing them as I have had nothing done, they even ignored me when I said I wanted the whole thing cancelled and my money back. This has been going on since May and last week they sent me one of the disks I did not want!What is going on, how can a business operate with customer services like this. Wish I had never heard of them and will only use QVC from now on. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

  I found this review very helpful because... I have had exactly the same problem, with this appalling company, to date I have spent an absolute fortune telephoning this company on premium rate calls, and have got nowhere trying to get my order or refund for which I paid on 25th June! They have also chosen to not answer my email either, needless to say I will not be renewing my subscirption next time.
