I have been on Slimming World for 4 months now and love it! You really dont feel like you are on a diet, it is a healthy eating plan. I have lost 1st 3ib so far and I now weight 11.4. It is good for people who have lots to lose or just abit to get more healthy and more energy. I use the extra easy plan and thats exactly what it is!
