Delta Airlines North West charged me $175 to bring back the same suitcase from Florida that I brought down form NY. They Claimed the bag was too BIG not overweight, too BIG. This was the same bag I flew down with 4 days eariler on Delta North West, and have used one 2 previous flights with Delta this year and 2 more flights on other airlines. The bag was not too BIG on any of these other filghts, but now to get it home it would cost me an additional $175 I was told "pay the $$$ or leave the bag!" When I called customer service to dispute the $175 fee they agreed that this was wrong but refused to refund the $175 but offered a $50 'courtesy credit' instead saying that was all they could do to resolve the issue.
