Do not touch Bonthrone Bikes with a very very long stick. I placed an order for 3 'instock items'. I then got an email a week later saying one of the parts was out no longer stocked. I therefore choose another item instead. I was told this was also was no longer stocked, I wrote to them to cancel the order and told them to update their site. I then got another email saying one of the other items in the order would not be in stock for a month. I then phoned them up (which takes ages to get through) and said I wanted the order cancelled! I was told this would be actioned straight away. 3 days passed and I got a parcel from them with the only 'instock' item. I phoned them up to find out why they had sent the item after I had cancelled the order. I was told, that I could send the item back, I said I didn't need the hassle, and for them to refund my straight away. Fingers crossed I will get my money back but this has been a waste of my time for over a month wondering what else they are going to not do or get wrong.
If you order from them don't say you weren't warned. With luck they will soon go bust.
