The flight attendants and pilots on AirTran Airways were wonderful and cheerful. The ticket agents at the gate did not seem to like their job. The worst thing about them is both flights I took with them left an hour late and they are HORRIBLE about informing travelers about accurate departure times. When the plane arrives at the gate 10 minutes before the posted departure, you would think someone could do the math and change the departure time.
