Halfords is one of the worst shops I have ever come across. On trying to buy a bike for my 3 year old son I got sent from one store to another unnecessarily and ended up with nothing, things weren't ready when they should have been (for my daughters bike) and to top it off when I confirmed my resevation online to be picked up in 3 days time I was then called and told "we won't have it I'm cancelling your order - try and find it somewhere else!". Halfords need to look at restructuring their systems and investing in some people skills training for their staff!
There is nothing that I like about this shop.

I found this review very helpful because I experienced the same. The customer service is horrible and buying 2 cycles from halfords has been one of my greatest regrets ever.
