Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. In October I started receving calls from a Basildon phone number, most of the 'silent' variety but eventually when I got to speak to someone they were calling from Thomas Cook Credit card demanding a late payment. Pay by direct debit and no payment missed so questioned call then the abuse started. A company called First Data handles the 'customer service' for Thomas Cook and over the next two days I received a total of 28 calls from them demanding money. I tried to speak to a manager and eventaully got to speak to a supervisor in Glasgow who informed me they didnt have to comply with Data Protection and would did not have a complaints procedure. With the threat of the Financial Ombudsman they agreed to a £25 goodwill gesture but 10 months on that has still not appeared and I have now found out they have placed a freeze on my account until I withdraw my complaint
