Southwest Airlines is Customer friendly, they go out of their way to make sure the customer comes first. I travel with Southwest once or twice a year to visit family in Seattle. Flights are almost always on time, agents are helpful, and the best thing is you can change your ticket up until the day of the flight for no additional fees. I have missed flights, and they have always been able to get me on another flight the same day at no additional costs. What can I say, I love Southwest Airlines - please keep up the good work.
