I would like to respond to the first review about Rose Tree Farm Boarding Kennels. As an animal lover and experienced dog owner. I would firstly recommend that you book your animals into another kennels in the area, once booked turn up to look around , if you need an appointment you would ask yourself why? what are these kennels hiding? As i have had this experience in the past. As you would have noticed when booking into Rose Tree you can just turn up and look around what you see is what you get a very nice, clean, welcoming kennels as you obviously experienced as you chose to place your pets there. As regards to the cat compartments, as I too have 2 cats I find that one of the normal compartments is ample enough for them compared to some catteries i have visited and would not want my cats split as they live together and will keep each other company. The compartments are a very good size indeed and they are not at all dingy and horrible. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that board there regulary and I recommend them to any dog owner I meet when out walking who needs there dog/cat looking after. My animals thoroughly enjoy there stay at the kennels and I get feedback on how they have behaved during there stay which I think is a plus as some kennels do lie and say everything has been ok when clearly not. Maybe your animals stay was not the best as some dogs/ cats are just not suited to a kennel/cattery environment. Animals needs consistency to get used to a new environment but swapping and changing accomodation will do them no good as they will never get used to the same person looking after them they will become confused and scared as your animals obviously were. I will be honest and say I have had one bad experience which was not being able to get my pets in during a busy period due to my own fault of course not booking in advance the kennel and cattery compartment I needed. This speaks for itself that Rose Tree have a lot of satisfied customers. If they didnt there kennels would be empty.
I highly recommend Rose Tree Kennels and cattery to anybody needing this service in the area. :-)
