I received this World Financial Network card from Ann Taylor and, because I knew they were crooks, I called weeks before my payment was due to make sure I paid them on the phone BEFORE they could claim that my payment was "late." I had to push a little to get the balance and pay it, but I did and then immediately cancelled the card. This is what you need to do with companies like this that "earn" their money by fraudulent practices. By doing this, I also avoided the bogus $10 fee for paying by phone. Ann Taylor should not be dealing with this company. It tarnishes the Ann Taylor image.
