I used NOD32 for 2 years and never once in that time did I have a problem with viruses. However, when I came to renew my license for the third time I found it impossible to do. The web site would not accept my username and password.
I phoned ESET in the USA, UK and Dubai. Every time I was given things to try but to no avail. The representative in Dubai suggested that I purchase the software again from scratch. For me I see no reason why I should pay more for software that I already have because ESET can not give decent support to its customers.
The software is very good but the support is terrible.
