Do not buy from this website!!!

Extremely bad experience. Ordered a tutti bambini jake cot bed which wasn't right size and wanted to cancel it straight away. The only optionto cancel an item is to send them an e-mail. They were fairly quick with the reply but wnated me to discuss the cancellation on the phone. In their T&C says that 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the transaction, so this charge was expected. When I called they told me that they have made an attempt to deliver my item and I wasn't at home, so I had to pay the delivery charge as well(very rude guy on the phone did't let me talk). Delivered???? No delivery card or an e-mail received to warn me that the cot will be delivered and only ordered previous night, such an express delivery???? I asked for the tracking number and the telephone of the delivery company, when I phoned the delivery company the tracking number that I quoted was for a different address. I called Tutti Bambini again and and the same rude man told me that he'll get backto me shortly. In 5 min he phoned me with a different tracking number which I wasof course very suspicious of and wanted to check again. I phoned the delivery company, and guess what???..the number existed and the lady was very kind to tell that she has just been given instructions for this item to be delivered the same day. Obviously, they wanted to get as much money as they could from me. When I phoned them back and said that they've made up the whole story, I was autmatically transferred to somenone calling himself the Manager, who said that I won't get a refund if I don't agree to pay the delivery charge and admin fee.
