I've had enough. Been with tiscali for years, reception and speed is awful recently. I am being told my flat is too far from the exchange. I live in central London and the flat has not moved. They refuse to send an engineer.
I have had to have my set top box replace three times in three years.
Calling their Asian Call centre costs me money.
