Metal gate fittings badly rusting and instructions illegible as stored outside. Returned to Hedge End be told it was out of stock and I would be phoned three days later as stock was imminent. No call. Phoned endlessly all day Saturday without response to the phone. Phone Head Office who emailed them twice without response. Think B&Q deserves to fail customer service is non existent and the goods were not fit for purpose. Cheaper to pay more locally an not get the expense of petrol, phone calls etc. If Head Office cannot successfully contact them - who can!
