A very nervous bride to be arrived at Emma Roy Bridal Edinburgh for an appoimtment and was directed downstairs to be directed to the rows of dresses and told to "rake" She asked to see a particular design, which at the time of booking the appointment was told they had, only now to be told it was discontinued. The assistant offerred no suggestions as to sytle which would suit, height, shape and colouring. One of the styles we chose to try was a size 8 and the assistant told her there is no point trying that one as it will not fit you I will hold it against you!The changing room she had to share with an other customer, and there was no space to see the dress in mirrors and no room to move as there were so many people trying on dresses.
