hope no-one has to deal with 353 carrental claims dept. It's a one woman show , She told me she had posted documents to me and when they didn't arrive I tried to call her,her phone is never answered and she does not have the courtesy to reply to voicemail or e mail, which must surely be quicker than listening to my calls every day. When I finally got through 10 days later her actual words were 'I have posted the documents and that's all that is required of me' (I still hadn't received them)It's perhaps a novel concept to her but I thought she was there to help customers with their claims. Fortunately we had insured our excess with carhire excess who in contrast were polite and efficient. I had used 353 in the past and recommended them but never again
